Free Worldwide Shipping

We are proud to offer Free Worldwide Shipping on all orders. Whether you are ordering one or several Relaxio Pro 16 Head massagers, you will never pay a cent for delivery.

1. Processing Times

Every order is handled with care to ensure your product arrives in perfect condition.

  • Order processing: 1–3 business days.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day.

  • You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your Relaxio order is verified.

2. Estimated Delivery Windows

We ship our Relaxio Pro 16 Head massagers globally. Depending on your location, estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Tracking information usually updates within 24–48 hours after shipment.

4. Customs, Duties & Taxes

Relaxio is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). We do our best to optimize packaging to minimize these occurrences.
